The iPhone 3GS is the latest version of Apple’s smartphone, packed with features like all other Apple
products.
On the outside, the 3GS is identical to the 3G, apart from the small etchings on the back of the device. In this release, Apple has just focused on upgrading the 3GS internally.
One of the biggest changes to the 3GS is its speed. Apple have upgraded the 412Mhz processor to 600MHz, and the 128MB of RAM has been bumped up to 256MB. The graphics chip on the 3GS
has been supercharged. Thanks to all of these things, the 3GS can now load things at double the speed of its predecessor, the 3G.
Another thing that has been upgraded is the storage space. The 3GS is now available with a rather hefty 32GB
of space, making it a better rival to the iPod Touch as a personal media player.
Another of the additions to the 3GS is it’s new screen, made to resist finger print marks. Thanks to this, fingerprint marks are greatly reduced and you get better image quality. This is a great feature if you’re one
of those people that always gets their hands dirty.
As anticipated greatly by iPhone fans, the 3GS now has an improved 3 megapixel camera which will now record videos!
The iPhone 3GS is literally jam-packed with features. The 3GS can be a GPS, compass, phone, personal music player, portable video player, email checker and web browser.
The iPhone 3GS is available on many mobile phone networks, such as Orange and O2. With all of the tariffs
available, you’re sure to find one that fits you.
The iPhone 3GS is one of the most feature-packed smartphones, in my opinion, on the market. Many of it’s features can’t be found on any other phone.
This leads to the question; should you buy the Apple iPhone 3GS? Well, as it seems to be with most Apple products, if you have the money in your pocket, go ahead and buy one, but if your wallet isn’t so full, maybe a cheaper smartphone is what you are looking for.
