The ipod broke a lot of boundaries as far as portable technology goes, and Apple have continued in this vane with the iphone.
Nowadays wireless mobile technology is growing massively, with gadgets getting smaller and smaller, and wire being a thing of the past!!
One new style of portable electronics that is interesting, is the mini hand held projectors. These gadgets can slip into your pocket and allow you to literally watch your favorite movies or project your video game console onto an surface you want. This to me is pretty cool, as I would love to be able to project World of War Craft onto my bedroom wall!!
The better quality models of mini projectors, allow you to project a 42 inch circumference area from as far as 5 feet away. This is truly impressive for the size, which is easily able to fit into a pocket. Most traditional projectors are very bulky and hard to manage in comparison.
Some mini projectors can be used with iPods, cell phones, camcorders, lap top computers and gaming consoles. This is what makes these little gadget so impressive, because you can literally project a movie or your latest camcorder recording onto the living or bedroom walls with ease.
Although the technology for these gadgets is still in the early stages, there are some great models being released by Aiptek. However the initial consumer feedback has been varied, with concerns about capability and over heating. At this stage there is no mini projector that can play a wide range of movie files and also work with PC and Mac.
The most popular models can also support SDHC cards that have 32GB of memory so you can carry hours and hours of movies etc….around in your pocket
The finishing and most vital thing is to use your creativity as there are so many opportunities that you will find to make use of this device and be certain to have fun with a mini projector.
